Awaken the ADVENTURER in you
I have been immersed in the world of sport and performance for 18 years, making me an expert .
In my construction, I followed all types of education: university, private, federal ; experienced all types of structures: from rural associations to foreign professional SAS with an international dimension.
Human encounters have shaped my convictions and the approach to performance that I defend: the mental is inseparable from the physical.
I sell value , not convenience, I sell a unique experience : this message is for those who want to experience a transformation and give themselves the means to do so:
Convenience will go, transformation will remain.

I have also had committed adventures but with little or no roaming:

My philosophy: to be one with nature
To attempt an adventure is to connect with nature. I am in love with nature and what it offers.
Personally, I regularly offer content and sessions in the great outdoors to my athletes:
At the beach, enjoying the sand 🏖
In the mountains taking advantage of the difference in altitude ⛰
At altitude taking advantage of the climatic conditions 🗻
In the snow, taking advantage of the lack of grip❄️
In the forests, taking advantage of the rough terrain 🌳
In the sea, in the ocean, enjoying the movements of the water 🌊
I like to train in the rain, in the snow, in the fog, in front of a mountain landscape, facing a sunrise or a sunset...
Nature cultivates in us humility, self-improvement and demands.
So, let me be the guide to your transformation!
the Adventure?
You have a dream, an adventure, an expedition that you want to try...but you don't know how to prepare...
As Mike Horn says, " If your dreams don't scare you, they're not big enough ."
An adventurer seeks personal surpassing , in relation to his own frame of reference. We can only understand and value adventure by relating it to a personal surpassing that it requires. Adventure makes us progress, as humans .
It forces us to go a little further than we feel capable of by accepting the risk of confronting our own doubts and fears. It is a need that we must listen to, each at our own level. Not doing so would mean remaining permanently in our comfort zone, where we progress more and where our gazes are locked.
Passionate about adventure for around ten years, I have myself experienced several adventures and personal challenges.
I have also accompanied several adventurers, athletes going on expeditions, or embarking on a physical challenge!
