My Mental Preparations
What preparation do you need? You can combine several!

Developing a winning mentality : To perform, mental requirements are fundamental, so here we need to focus on the specific mental qualities related to the needs of the athlete and his discipline. Then draw on your own resources, develop them and make them grow in the service of the winner within you !

Bouncing back from failure : How to use failure to become stronger? A subject that is still too taboo in our society and yet must be taken into account by athletes in order to avoid depression. Failure is an opportunity for athletes to grow. Let's work together on your resilience that will make you a warrior in the face of adversity!

Surpass Yourself / Surpass Yourself: Do you like challenges? Then get ready to take them on during the physical sessions in which I suggest you integrate them to strengthen your fighting spirit! Push your limits, go deep inside yourself to find the abilities you didn't even suspect, to make you an ambitious person who doesn't give up!

Living your Passion well: Do you know your limits? Here we touch the heart of the athlete's emotions and what drives them. But where is the reasonable boundary between "passion and reason"? The one that should not be crossed at the risk of physical injury but also of psychological destruction. Learn to know your limits, to define what they consist of to better manage your passion or your career.

Managing stress and pressure: Situations inherent in sport, especially at a high level, which have beneficial effects that are essential for performance (it's the adrenaline rush!) but which can also work against the athlete who does not know how to manage them. The establishment of routines, especially in terms of breathing, allows you to moderate the negative effects of stress and gain serenity.
Healthy lifestyle support
Do you know about invisible physical preparation ? It is the hidden side of the iceberg, but how important and far too underestimated by many athletes. I have often noticed that athletes are often left to their own devices when it comes to the lifestyle they should adopt to also perform physically. Due to a lack of knowledge, awareness or education, harmful and counterproductive behaviors can appear. However, to optimize the effects of training, this invisible side must be optimized and in particular:
Sleep: It is essential to know and personalize your needs. I also support you in setting up routines and habits that promote restorative sleep.
Hydration: During training sessions or during competitions, without the intake of an effective rehydrating solution, a deficit and deficiencies can appear. Each rehydrating liquid has its own specificity. I share with you my solutions and knowledge on the different types of drinks to combat this. It's up to you to make good use of them!
Food: It's the athlete's fuel! That's why I offer a customized dietary rebalancing, defining the necessary intakes in quantity and quality for the athlete. Whether for mass gain or weight loss, for an intake of vitamins, minerals or other nutritional specificities... your diet must meet your sports needs!
Recovery: Knowing how and why to recover is essential. I intervene at the decisive moments of your sports journey with effective tools to optimize your physiological and psychological recovery.
